ABOUT US
The Bowen Island vanpool has been running for over twenty years.
Originally part of the Jack Bell Rideshare Association, it is now run by a private group of individuals. Our goal is to maintain a commute that is affordable, convenient and environmentally aware.
HOW IT WORKS

The van goes from Bowen to UBC Tuesday through Friday on the 6:15am sailing, returning on the 5:20pm sailing. We arrive at UBC at approximately 7:30am.

In the morning, riders can find the van on the ferry or in our assured loading parking spot in front of the General Store.

Departure from UBC is 3:40. The common pick up spot is in front of the Alumni Centre, but other arrangements are possible.

Pick up time downtown is usually 4:00pm at Dunsmuir and Burrard (beside the Burrard SkyTrain station).

We have a WhatsApp message group used for communication. This is the most efficient way for us to communicate amongst the group and riders are encouraged to join.
